For Antam, the way customers buy and sell precious metals is still considered too long and tiring. In the future, Antam Logam Mulia also has plans to launch new products and features to serve customer needs and make it easier for them to carry out transactions. After recognizing this, Antam Logam Mulia is aware of the need to meet customer behavior by building a more relevant and efficient digital transaction system.
Our challenge was to build more scalable and efficient digital transaction system through solid UX and UI development, and also we are able to create a visual identity for products and features with Antam Logam Mulia's unique value proposition.

We measured and analyzed extensive information about the industry and how people were using the current website during UI/UX audit process. This included retention, charting typical user flows, reviewing the most engaging areas of the site, and examining the stages of process where client acquisition most often failed.

The insight helped us to suggested a revised navigation structure and general improvements on primary touchpoints like homepage, business types, and buying products. This step helped educate our decision-making while creating new and improved information architecture and wireframe.
